Mediation and conflict resolution service

Living with family, a step-family or friends can be hard. We can help when relationships break down.

Who we can help

If conflict has put you or someone from your family at risk of homelessness, we may be able to help.

You can also get in touch if you are homeless and want to re-establish positive contact with your family.

You must be over 16 to use the service.

How it works

We'll work with you and your family, to make practical, workable arrangements for the future, which everyone can agree.

We will treat you with respect, go at your pace, and keep things confidential.

We'll take into account the views, needs and feelings of everyone involved; including you.

Due to COVID 19, some mediation sessions may be carried out online. When restrictions ease, we will start offering face to face mediation sessions.
